Packing Tape File Guidelines

Step 1 - Download Die-Lines (Templates)

Downloads

Select the correct dieline template for your custom-printed packaging tape based on your tape width. Using the correct template ensures your artwork is properly aligned for production, preventing misprints or cut-off designs. Click the links below to download the appropriate file for your design.

Step 2 - File Preperation

Bleed Line

To ensure a seamless edge-to-edge print, extend all background colors, patterns, and images beyond the red trim line to reach the green bleed line. The red trim line marks where your packaging tape will be cut, while the green bleed line ensures that there's no unwanted white space at the edges. This overlap guarantees that your design extends seamlessly to the very edge, providing a professional finish.

Trim Line

The red trim line indicates where your tape design will be cut. Keep all critical elements such as logos, text, and important graphics inside the safe zone and away from this line. Anything too close may be trimmed off or appear uneven on the final product.

Step 3 - Material Selection

Brown Kraft Material

Our Brown Kraft Tape is made from 100% recycled materials and is FSC-certified, offering an eco-friendly and sustainable packaging solution. Because of its natural brown base, colors tend to appear slightly darker and more muted, giving designs a toned-down, kraft-style look. This material is ideal for brands looking for a rustic, organic aesthetic while maintaining high-quality print clarity.

White Kraft Material

Our White Kraft Tape is made from 70-80% recycled materials and is also FSC-certified, ensuring sustainability without compromising on print quality. Since this tape starts with a white background, colors appear more vibrant and true to the original design, with minimal color shift. If you want crisp, bold branding that closely matches your digital artwork, White Kraft Tape is the best choice.
